2. Estimates & Quotes

Free estimates are provided based on initial consultations and site assessments.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

Changes to project scope may result in revised pricing.

3. Payments & Deposits

A deposit is required before work begins on any project.

Payment schedules will be outlined in the contract and must be adhered to.

Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

4. Project Timelines & Delays

Project completion timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Capitol City Construction is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Warranties & Liability

We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for a specified period (detailed in individual contracts).

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials, and we are not responsible for third-party product defects.

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel services before work begins; however, deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or labor has been scheduled.

Refunds are not provided once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in the contract.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Capitol City Construction and may not be used without permission.
