Jesse & the CCC crew worked on our 1960s home whose midcentury charm was languishing under decades of "the landlord's special mistreatment. Going down to the studs and subfloor, the team meticulously corrected plumbing, electrical, venting, and insulation issues and carved out spaces for modern amenities like a mudroom and primary suite (not part of original floorplan). All the new finishes and storage solutions in the kitchen, dining room, mudroom, bedroom, and spa-like bath are a joy to experience even A YEAR LATER. All the "invisible" upgrades are a testament to the crew's expertise and creativity: enhanced insulation has cut our energy consumption, the floor is completely squeak-free, smart home lights and speakers are now discretely built-in, and secret storage is combined with handy new electrical outlets tucked into strategic spots.
